You know what i think? I think traffic enforcers should enforce traffic. Instead, it seems their job is to catch people in order to issue tickets or to accept bribes for money.
Why lurk around the corner and catch those who don't see the signs? Why not stay where they can be seen to correct you before you make the mistake?
I dream of the day when perhaps their salaries are high enough that they take pride in their work and have better control of the streets. But will that day ever come? Right now, i dont see it.
